UPCOMING WEBCAST

I'm here in my studio getting ready for our "Evening With Joe" tour due to start October 6th, putting the final touches on a very unusual set list, complete with rare gems and odd improvs... Jeff, Matt and Galen are hard at work sorting through gear and sheet music, and Jon Luini is putting together all the web related things he does so well. So, I thought I would take a break from practicing and say "Hey!" to the online fan club ...Thanks to all the fans who came out to see us on the Deep Purple run in August and September, we had a great time with both D.P. and Thin Lizzy. Maybe we'll do it again somewhere??? We also have our sights on Australia and Asia for the new year, more on that as things develop.

Peavey has said they would like to show our new JSX Combo at January's
NAMM show, and a little surprise too...more on that later as well.

JOE SATRIANI SETS INTIMATE "EVENING WITH" FALL TOUR

Touring in support of his latest Epic Records release, Is There Love In Space?, guitar legend Joe Satriani will begin a headlining tour on October 6th in Atlanta, GA and continue through January 1st in Anaheim, CA. The 'Evening With' format will showcase Satriani's music in an intimate 2.5 hour set featuring song selections spanning his entire recording career.

Satriani's 11th solo album, Is There Love In Space?, was released on April 13, 2004 and features the performer's core trio of Matt Bissonette on bass and Jeff Campitelli behind the drums. The 11 diverse cuts on the album range from the pulsating, brash opener "GNAAHH," to the drop-tuned menace of "Hands in the Air" to the poignant ballad "Just Look Up." Yet all of the tracks are unified by Satriani's love of old-school hard rock.

Receiving rave reviews from the press for this new album, Satriani was also the subject of an in-depth look at his long career by his hometown paper, The San Francisco Chronicle.

With a staggering 13 Grammy nominations, 11 solo albums to his credit and over 10 million copies of his albums sold worldwide, Joe Satriani has achieved huge success in his nearly 20 year career. In addition, this past year has seen a number of releases from the always-prolific guitarist. Is There Love In Space? debuted at #80 on the Billboard Top 200 chart with over 12,000 in sales the first week. The live album and DVD from last year's successful G3 TOUR was released on February 24th with the DVD hitting #5 on the Billboard sales chart and has since been certified Gold. In addition, Sony/Legacy released the 2 CD "greatest hits" album called The Electric Joe Satriani - An Anthology late last year.
